 Faithful till the end, with knowledge of the Serak® system as set forth by the International Pusat School in Bellflower, California. If for any reason a person seize to be associated or has been removed for unbecoming a guide with the rules of common decency and from the VDT Academy, this will automatically loose the set lineage or inheritance from my lineage and is Null and Void.  In addition they will no longer have the privilege in using the registered Trade Mark of Serak®.

 Every year we hold an event called Ring of Fire, intended for all people of different trades and martial arts to join the event, also the event is taped, and also the banquette, the purpose is so an actual taped record can be kept for prosperity and also for a record so that no-one may claim what occurred or not. The Inosanto Academy will have the other copy for their records. We invited special guest Instructors to teach their martial arts, and the ROF 2007 was no different.

 We invited Hanshi Bruce Juchnik - Kosho Shorei Ryu Kempo and Sifu Scott Felson – Chi Ling Pai® Gung Fu to teach.  The banquet Dinner table reserved for all the Instructors who taught at the event. As unfortunate as it may seem, an ex-student and his wife felt that they were disrespected by not sitting at the same table as the Instructors, as more seniors did not.  Needless to say, I show how ego can affect peoples Ideas of honor.

 Some one asked me the other day how about a student that I had prior to December 15, 2006. Someone asked about Tongkat, well actually anyone no longer associated with the legal entity of the Pusat, are null and void.
I have given some Guru Warrisan papers, and these were given without testing, so in other words Guru Warrisan is honorary papers. I just gave several away at the winter camp of 2003 and 2004. Someone was telling me that somebody was claiming to be a Maha Guru Mudah in Serak® and in Tongkat, the system I founded.

 Well one may claim all one wishes, and that is only in America. Number one, knowledge must come with any of the certificates. So the Joke is on the person claiming validity from my personal lineage. There is a great difference between a piece of paper with simple Warisan and Warisan Tulen asli, and the main reason is that Ego is tested, and to see of the person has his or her heart in the right place.

 That was the main reason I did that, so should a person had that much EGO, then that EGO would fly in the wind to nowhere. It is also called worthless piece of paper, person of growling of having a piece of worthless paper pronouncing “Guru Warisanâ€? as a legal piece of paper. “NOTâ€?, one way to guard against those who belief they can have rank without training and testing for the Rank. Also claiming on some website, on December 16, 2000, to be awarded Maha Guru Mudah in Tongkat and Serak®, wow, that is a very good one at that. In Serak® itself, the structure of “Warisan Tulenâ€? is a main requirement.  Especially knowledge of the playbook of twenty four jurus and the study structures.  So, it takes the words of “Guru Warisan Tulen Asliâ€?, very much mistaken most of the time with the Honorary claimant of Guru Warisan.

Everyone knows that even from the early eighties, I keep transcripts and testing papers from everyone, and I then give copies to those who have tested. We keep all testing papers, and regardless who it may be, I would have that on record, and not only that, that person should have a copy of testing paper. The same as Passing the Bar Exam of earning a law degree. It takes “Transcriptsâ€? with my signature - SHOW me or anyone “Transcriptsâ€? of that so called Maha Guru Mudah Tongkat or Serak®.

 Let the record show, those transcripts from Tongkat or Serak® do not exist. The joke is on who? So in a Serak® Camp of 2003, everyone had to perform and anyone got tested of they could lived up to the Rank that was awarded, well not so surprise, and have that on Video Tape, this person could not even do Sambut 3 a beginner technique. Why, because if a person is suppose to be a Guru, then sambut 3 would have been done with finesse, except that did not happen, and reviewing the tape, it is as shameless as ever. Then trying to laugh it of as it was some kind of joke, it showed that the man simply did not have the knowledge in what Serak® is.

 The fact remains, a person may hold a piece of paper from December 16, 2000 that became Null and Void because the testing was done on that Serak® camp of 2003 and Transcript would have been given with the award. It certainly shows the reality of that fact that knowledge was not there, and in front of 38 witnesses a simple Sambut 3 or technique 3 became a fiasco for that person, yes, because it was a test of skills and finesse, and not a test of brute strength.  So, in reality only a Cheshire will claim, in that what he suppose to know he simply does not posses, certainly a Legend in one’s own mind.

 Very shameful, but then only in America and may the shoe fit the occasion. One must have a greater Ego, to actually claim to be a Maha guru Mudah, knowing good and well that knowledge is lacking, and that is the most important fact. So students and Byers beware of ones claiming worthless certifications.  The lineage and direct line is written down above at the beginning of this article.   If a person is not found on that list, then any piece of paper can be fabricated by any one.

 As a leading Serak® Guru, and a fact that I brought the system of Serak® with an older brother to the United States of America in 1960. I will always test those in years of training, and see the behavior of a student no matter a senior or new student. It is like, “O, I got a piece of paper, have I really earned this?â€? This should have been, because any certificate without Transcripts, meaning tested for a level is as worthless as it is written on. There was a other person who was a student from my uncle Ernis, namely Guru Reeders, who only taught three people Serak®, and any of those three have passed away in the past decade. Yes, I do have the letters that was corresponded to me, to that fact.

 Any of the Guru Mudah certificates had a expiration date, and that was to guard against those who believed that no other testing was necessary. Well, any Guru Mudah certificates and a person holding that certificate is null and void, also one must have records or Transcripts. Same as a drivers license, one must test for skills and knowledge. For one no testing fee exist, the testing is free, to see of one has the capacity of knowledge the system of Serak® contains.

If a person wants to go for his masters degree in anything, a University request Transcripts of the education. Without transcripts a person will not be allowed to enter the next level of education.

I also had living wills that I gave out to several people. Any living will from me, must be up to date, and any “Will Priorâ€? to the date of March 4, 2008 is Null and Void. This will and shall constitute as a Full Maha Guru Serak® after my passing. Senior Serak® Guru Horacio will follow as Maha Guru, no other Maha Guru or Maha Guru Mudah has the legal entity to this Rank other then Horacio Rodriguez, it also comes with earned Serak® System knowledge.

Copies from Transcripts can only be obtained by the person that has earned a real and honest ranking after each testing cycle.
